I remember winter, winter brings the snow
The warmth of friends and family, and Christmas trees aglow
All the kids a 'sleighing, ready, set, let's go

I remember springtime, when flowers start to bloom
And it chased away the winter blues, it chased away the gloom
We welcomed in the sun, we welcomed springtime's moon

I remember summer, swimming in the lake
Keeping cool with ice cream, and Grandma's chocolate cake
Drinking lemonade, cool orange-chocolate shakes

I remember autumn, the autumn leaves that fall
The bounty of the harvest, the beauty of it all
The colors and the splendor, the corn that grows so tall

All my friends and family, my old neighborhood
